A Branch of US Military Maintenance

ABOUT US

Tad Stuart is the owner and operator of KW Maintenance Solutions. Tad served 13 years in the U.S. Army, initially enlisting and spent 4 years as an Infantryman with the 82nd Airborne Division, completing several training deployments, and eventually earning the rank of SGT. After 4 years and deciding he wanted to make it a career; He was selected to attend the Warrant Officers Candidate Course and Flight school. Tad spent 9 years as an aviation warrant officer reaching the rank of CW3. While a warrant officer he attended the maintenance managers course and maintenance test pilot course, which set him up for a career managing the maintenance and logistics for an aviation unit. While on his second deployment to Iraq, Tad was involved in a helicopter crash that resulted in 5 vertebrae fractures and a spinal cord injury.

In 2010, after 13 years in the Army he was medically retired and went to work in the civilian sectors. Tad initially entered civil service as a government employee, for the Department of the Army. Realizing it wasn’t what he wanted to do and that he wanted to be back flying, Tad left his position and went to work as a contractor while working to get his FAA medical certificate. Tad has since been flying the past 4 years working in the News and EMS industries. During the past 9 years since his injury, he has worked with several veteran organizations helping to aid other veterans as well as him self through the recovery and transition process.

Lately, Tad realized he has missed the camaraderie of the military and had the desire to be his own boss, as well as to be able to assist other veterans. While researching veteran entrepreneur opportunities online, Tad found US Military Maintenance and the Patriotic Hearts organization, and KNEW it was a great opportunity for him to accomplish his goals of being a business owner while giving back to the veteran community. Assessment: It all starts with us taking a look at what needs to be done – and usually it's not as bad as you think. We'll let you know how long it's going to take and what it's going to require.
The Move: If you want everything to be really clean, we'll start by removing any of the furniture we can. There's no sense in hiding a stain with an ottoman when we can just remove it from the very start!
The Clean: The moment we've all been waiting for, where we get rid of all of the muck and junk and give you your place back! We only use the safest chemicals, so there's nothing to worry about.

We love to maintain relationships with clients and become more than just a cleaning service. We want to be part of the routine that makes your life better, healthier, and cleaner. And, the more often we come by, the less work we have to do, and the more you save – not to mention the intangible benefit of working in a spotless place!
